Lady R. Naomi Howard is a Nationally Ordained Evangelist/Prophetess and now Pastor of God’s
Vision International Ministries. Lady Naomi served Apostle Emma J. Ware for 20 years as her Amour
Bearer until she went to be with the Lord. Apostle Emma J, Ware ordained Lady Naomi as
Evangelist/Prophetess in 2011. In 1999 she started the God’s Vision International Ministries which
incorporated administering and coordinating corporate events and conferences for multifaceted business
and churches. Lady Naomi also spear–headed and additional outreach ministry under the God’s Vision
International umbrella titled “Loving Me Ministries which focused on motivating and activating men and
women to reach the goal of self-worth through the vehicle of spirituality and cosmetology beautifications.
Lady Naomi is the founder and owner of Loving Me Hair Care in Cincinnati, OH, which she has
successfully operated for over 30 years as an Entrepreneur. She has added to her Business Portfolio:
Growing From Hair Salon Suites (Cincinnati, OH), Naomi’s on Main Beauty Boutique (Rising Sun, Ind)-
now closed, and Growing From Hair Advanced Cosmetology Center (Fairfield, OH). As Lady Naomi’s
vision was to create businesses and an outreach ministry that would promote the identity of inner and
outer beauty through self-love and self-worth.
Lady Naomi has a passion and thirst for knowledge and Education for herself as well as others is of
great importance to her. She graduated from the School of Ministry in 2002 and went on to continue her
education in Biblical Studies. In her 30 years as an Entrepreneur, Lady Naomi held a seat on the board of
Directors of the Scarlet Oaks Vocational school for cosmetology for a number of years. She also became
an instructor in Cincinnati, Ohio for The Salon Professional Academy, Complete Technique University,
and Moore University with advance training from Dudley University. Lady Naomi also attended the Pivot
Point School of Haircutting and she branched out into Platform Artistry with Design Essentials as well as
being a consultant for Johnson & Johnson products. Lady Naomi in her 30 years of service has spent
countless of hours mentoring, motivating, encouraging, instructing, promoting students and professionals
in the Marketplace.
Lady Naomi is in great expectation for her future endeavors and visions as she continues to mentor
men and women from all walks of life on self–esteem and self-love. Lady Naomi is determined to meet
the needs of those who come across her path in the most professional manner with the spirit of
excellence. Through the arena of Outreach ministry Lady Naomi had been able to reach the
disenfranchised, homeless, mentally disabled, alcohol and drug addiction populations with her warm
sensibility and nurturing spirit. She is very passionate about assisting people with their goals and life and
strongly believes that with love and a great support system everyone can reach their life’s purpose. In
addition to Lady Naomi having founded and owned rewarding businesses and ministries, she has been a
great Philanthropist by donating funds, time, and supplies to organizations that were in need under crisis
situations. She has also travel across the country speaking as a motivation speaker spreading the word of
Love and acceptance in holistic methods that uplift the mind, body, and soul.
